Search of suppliers. Chinese suppliers offer theirs products through websites, in sectorial catalogues and specialized media. The usage of the language and the knowledge of the culture expand the range of suppliers that can be found, besides knowing where the best of each sector are. Only a very small number of Chinese suppliers speaks English. In the same way, the constant presence in China make posible the acces to promotions and detailed information about the production. Test of suppliers. You should not trust any supplier, no matter how efficient it seems to be at the first time. Y&T checks whom we are working with, which are its productives abilities, we verify the legal documentation and licenses demanded by the autorities for the export of the product and we assure that the certificates given are correct and appropiated to the request. Before making any order, it is a must to find out the reputation of the supplier, visit its installations to know and observe its technical possibilities, organitation methods of production, the knowledge and the personal experience. Furthermore, some samples of the product are taken to stablish if the supplier is in capable to manufacture the product as it was agreed.

Negotiation |

The first premise before starting a negotiation is to get the best offer in the price from the Chinese suppliers, keeping the quality and the delivery terms required. To catch up with a good negotiation it is important that the buyer knows the situation of the market that demands.
Y&T offers an integral service that starts before the negotiation. Quotations of every factory are given. The quality of the product, the price of the subproducts and the raw materials that the supplier offers are followed by the company. Like that, we are in a possition to provide alternatives to our clients and to get convenient prices while making some modifications in the first demanded product.

Control of order's execution

The first step to make one order and the cargo delivery effective from the Chinese suppliers is to sign a contract. Even though, temporary problems could happen during the production and delivery: terms, new import regulations, changes in the market situation, among others.
Y&T monitors the order's execution, keeps the contact with the supplier and give periodically information about the order statement to the client.

Y&T manages periodically quality controls during the production, divided into three phases:
Inspection and verification of the samples before the production (PPI). Product made following a client's project or a modification of a typical product of the manufacturer.
Inspection during the production (DPI). Verification of the components' quality used by the manufacturer, approval of the colors, sizes, etc. with the samples accepted. Besides verifying that quality faults caused by mistakes in the production process doesn't come up again.
Inspection of post-production (API). Verification of numerous aspects of quality execution and the functional level of the product made. Quality control and packing testing of the products for a safe transfer and the ease on the unloading.

Y&T manages cargo inspections of the goods and organizes the transport form China. We inspect the load place and check that the shipping QTY is correct, the shipping mark is made as agreed, the cargo doesn´t suffer damage and that the containers are closed and sealed correctly.
In the same way, we verify that all the exporting documents required by the client are provided to make sure a quick arrival at the destiny without any problem.
